Return Policy

We know you will love the items you purchase, but if you are not satisfied please read through our return policy. We reserve the right to append of modify this return policy at any time; we ask that you revisit our return policy to check for updates or changes. 


You may return your item(s) if we receive said items back from you within 14 days of the original receipt date. In that case, store credit will be issued for the original amount paid for said item(s) less any shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items must be received within 14 business days from the date the order was received to get store credit. Any item(s) received after 14 business days will not be accepted, and customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs. Any item(s) that smell of smoke, have stains, pet hair, have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. Items must be in their original condition. Store credit will expire exactly 6 months from the date we receive the returned item(s). 


Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit. All sales are final on sale or discounted merchandise.


Exchanges (if applicable):

At this time direct exchanges are NOT Available as item(s) may not be available due to high demand.



No returns accepted for bras, panties, etc. as these items cannot be re-sold. All undergarments are final sale.
